Yes, even if you have an oily skin, you can use a facial oil! 
 
Sometimes, oily skin is a result because of stripped moisture and harsh products that forces your skin to produce more sebum as a defence mechanism. And if your skin is too dry, this serum helps add the sebum your skin can't produce and retains moisture which is usually the reason for the flaky and itchy skin.

Facial oil helps retain moisture so add it after your moisturizer if it is a light non-oily one, otherwise add it after as a skin barrier.
